🍎 Lynd Fruit Farm, Pataskala

Pick your own apples, explore the corn maze, launch apples from the apple cannons and shop for cider, produce and fall treats.

FYI: Apple varieties and picking availability change weekly and popular varieties can sell out quickly. Check the current picking schedule before leaving home.

🍎 The Orchard & Company, Plain City

Enjoy apple picking, wagon rides, jumping pillows, a corn pit, hill slides and an animal barn. This is an especially good choice for families with younger children.

FYI: You do not need to purchase a farmyard activity pass if you only want to pick apples or pumpkins or visit the market and café.

🎃 Leeds Farm, Ostrander

Make a full day of it with hayrides, farm animals, pumpkin jumps, pedal carts, slides, straw forts, corn boxes and the Pumpkin Express.

FYI: Leeds Farm is open for only six weekends, September 19 through October 25. Buying tickets ahead of time is a good idea.

🎃 Circle S Farms, Grove City

This is a classic fall farm experience with a hayride to the pumpkin patch, corn maze, straw filled fun barn, animals, baked goods and plenty of fall photo opportunities.

FYI: Pumpkin season runs September 24 through October 25, Thursday through Sunday.

🎃 Pumpkins Aglow, Franklin Park Conservatory

Walk through illuminated pumpkin displays, pumpkin houses, a spooky forest, dancing skeletons and other family friendly Halloween scenes.

FYI: The event runs select evenings from October 7 through November 1. Advance reservations are recommended, especially for Friday and Saturday evenings.

🎃 Circleville Pumpkin Show, Circleville

See giant pumpkins, parades, amusement rides, exhibits and more pumpkin flavored food than you knew existed.

FYI: The festival runs October 21 through 24 and admission is free. Crowds and parking can be challenging, so a weekday morning is usually the easiest time to visit with younger children.

🍂 Germania Oktoberfest, Columbus

Celebrate German culture with traditional food, German beer, live music and dancing in Germania’s beer garden.

FYI: This year’s celebration runs September 18 through 20. It is smaller and more intimate than the Columbus Oktoberfest at the fairgrounds.
